Your guide to the
Pixmaker portal
Everything you can do from your account on the web — manage your plan, top up credits, redeem rewards and more.

Getting to the portal & signing in
Your portal account is the same account you use in the Pixmaker app. There's nothing new to create — sign in and everything syncs.
You can reach the portal straight from the app:
Open the app and go to Settings
Tap Account
Select Services to see your current plan, AI credits, Smart Imports, Library access and renewal date
Tap PixMaker Device Services — it opens this portal in your browser
Sign in with the same account, and you're in
- ✓ Use your app email and password, or the same Apple / Google login.
- ✓ Your credits, plan, devices and rewards are shared between the app and the web.
- ✓ Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen.
Tip: After you buy or change something on the web, return to the app and refresh the Services page to see it update.

AI credits
Credits power AI features like generating pixel art and smart image conversion. Your balance is always visible at the top of the AI Credits page.
How much a generation costs
The cost of each AI generation depends on the settings you choose — the mode (Fast or Pro) and the grid size:

The exact cost is always shown on the Generate button before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
Where your credits come from & how they behave

The golden rule: your plan credits are always spent first, then purchased credits. Since plan credits reset each month and don't roll over, this makes sure your monthly allowance is never wasted.

Your plan
The Subscription page shows your current plan, renewal date and everything included. You can change plans whenever you like.
- ✓ Compare all four plans — Beginner, Creator, Creator Plus, Studio — side by side.
- ✓ Upgrade or downgrade in a tap; switch between monthly and yearly billing (yearly saves ~20%).
- ✓ Cancel any time — you keep access and plan credits until the period you've paid for ends.
App & web together: Buy your plan on the web, then reopen Services in the app and refresh — your new plan and credits appear right away.

Devices
Your Pixmaker boards appear under My Devices, each with its activation code.
- ✓ Devices are added inside the app, not on the web — once added they show up here automatically.
- ✓ Each device has a unique activation code you may need for support.
Note: A device activation code is different from a reward or promo code — those go under Rewards & Offers.

Rewards & offers
Redeem codes and browse everything available to you under Rewards & Offers.
- ✓ Enter promo, gift, partner or referral codes in Redeem a code.
- ✓ See available rewards, your coupons, and gifts & perks.
- ✓ Coupons show their status — available, used or expired — and you can copy them to use at checkout.

Orders & billing
Everything about payments lives under Orders & Billing.
- ✓ View every order and download invoices.
- ✓ Update your card or add a new payment method securely.
- ✓ Edit your billing information for receipts.
Secure by design: Card details are handled by our payment provider — Pixmaker never stores your full card number.
